Unreal service. Lance is the most honest technician I've ever worked with. I had a company come out who tried to charge me $400 for something Lance did for a fraction of the cost. Works amazing. I'm so happy I told the first company no and called Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating. I've gone through a few of these companies here in Vegas and this is first to not take advantage of 107 degrees and a broken AC unit.

Lance from Absolute AC was quick to respond and fix my AC. He sold me a new AC for less then his competitors plus gave me a great warranty. I purchased a Trane and it works better then my previous AC. He also helped a friend of mine out on a minutes notice. It was a Saturday and he fixed her up for practically for nothing. Good guy. I was calling around for service or replacement on my HVAC system. Lance was the only one who offered to come out that night. It was after normal hours. He checked out the unit and explained the issue. He said the unit did not need to be replaced. He also checked our 2nd unit too. We asked him to come back in the morning and he did. Lance was very professional, friendly and honest. We expected the cost to be much higher that it was. We appreciate everything he did for us. After doing a lot of research , price checking and reading reviews, it all comes down to Trust . We are so glad we found Lance . He answered all of our questions patiently and in terms that were easy to understand . He has the best prices and the best warranty on labor in the business .and helped us choose the ac unit that would be the best for us , he explained which ac brand had what warranty on their product , He is honest kind and professional . I would not trust my ac needs to anyone else . He and his employee showed up at 7 am on a Saturday to install our new ac unit and in about five hours our new ac was blasting ice cold !! When they left , they left no mess behind . And then a few hours later we had a little hiccup , And Lance drove all the way across town only to find that it was operator error . He was so kind and cheerful , and reassured us we could call him any time with any questions . I did a lot of research and met with several companies because replacing an ac is a big expense . It was time consuming , and prices and products fluctuated greatly . Do yourself a favor and call Lance first !
